PDF bank statement to Xero

Xero can’t read PDF statements. Convert yours to OFX, then import it into the bank account in Xero.

Drop a bank statement

PDF, scan or CSV ·

Steps

  1. Drop the PDF statement above and check the rows (every balance is verified).
  2. Download OFX.
  3. In Xero go to Accounting → Bank accounts, choose the account, then Manage account → Import a statement, and pick the OFX file.

Xero skips transactions it has already imported from the same file, and Tallyrows gives every row a stable ID, so a re-import won't duplicate.
