Your statements

Text PDFs and CSV files are read inside your browser and are not sent to us. When the page can't make a statement add up, or the statement is a scan, you can use the AI reader: the statement's text (or page images for scans) is sent to our server and on to our AI provider (OpenRouter, which routes to Anthropic's Claude) to be read. We don't store the statement or the result; the provider processes it under its own terms and doesn't use it to train models.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email address, what you bought and the amount, and keep these records as UK tax rules require. Your credit key and its remaining balance are stored on our server.

Abuse limits

To limit free use, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 30 days. We can't turn it back into your IP address.

Cookies and analytics

No cookies are set. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data ALGD LTD holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email hello@tallyrows.com.
